Blame the boot, not the merchant January 15, 2010

I too had a problem when I ordered this boot for my wife. The zipper was broken and they did not have one left in her size. However, the seller handled the situation very well. When my wife found out that there were no more of this shoe in her size, Shoemania issued the return label in an email within 5 minutes. Once returned, our account was credited within a few days of mailing the shoe back. Overall, shoe not so good, Shoemania very good.

great look but beware of defective seperating side zippers! December 8, 2009

Great looking boot but the zippers seem to be defective. wanted to return for another pair and store said they only had one in my size but that too had defective zipper. too bad cause i wanted that boot!!
