Nice boots, but slippery March 21, 2010

These boots fit very nicely. I'm a size 10 1/2, but I ordered the largest size, which was a 10 and they are not cramped or tight at all.
They look good, but scuff very easily. Also, they have no treads. I slipped and fell while crossing the street and it was on a dry, albeit smooth manhole cover. Maybe this can be remedied by adding some kind of rough surface to the soles.
